What do you do, when you start craving watermelon sorbet?
Do you go out and buy it….with sugar?
or do you make it….sugarless?
- 1 watermelon
- 1 tbs of honey
- 2 lemons
1.Cut the watermelon in big slices
make sure that the watermelon isn’t over-ripe
2. Take out all the pulp
(make sure it’s a seedless watermelon. If it isn’t, remove the seeds.)
3. Put the watermelon pulp in the processor along with the honey and lemon juice.
In case you do not have a processor, you can use a blender also.
4. Blend it together, for approximately 10 seconds.
Do not make it water-y
5. Freeze it for 2 hours, or until it starts solidifying.
6. Re-blend it.
Again, make sure you do not make it very water-y
7. Freeze it again, until it completely solidifies.
8. Serve as you wish 😉
YOU MAY ADD SOME MINT LEAVES ON TOP FOR GARNISHING!
